Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the BAIL BOND BOARD of Brazoria County, Texas will be held at 3:00 p.m. On Thursday, the 7TH day of AUGUST 2008, on the 4th floor of the Courthouse, the Honorable Judge Blackstock’s Courtroom, Angleton, Texas.
At said meeting the Board will deliberate, discuss, consider and/or take final action on any or all of the following matters:

4. PUBLIC APPEARANCES:
Bondsmen, their respective agents or the general public may request permission to address the Board. Specific factual information or a
recitation of existing policy may be furnished in
response to an inquiry made, but any deliberation, discussion, or decision with respect to any
subject about which the inquiry was made shall be limited to a proposal to place such subject on the agenda for a subsequent meeting for which notice
is provided in compliance with the Bail Bond Act unless said notice appears herein.
